What is SmartHub?
As an NHTC customer, you may have heard of SmartHub. But what exactly is SmartHub? SmartHub is not only NHTC’s online bill pay service, but also our innovative tool for account management. SmartHub has several features that make managing your account as easy as possible. Whether through the web, or your smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS), you’ll be able to pay your bill, contact customer service and get the latest news and specials.
What are the benefits of signing up for SmartHub?
- View current and past NHTC bills.
SmartHub makes it easy to view current and past bills. As soon as you log in, you’ll be able to view your billing history and make a payment with just a couple of clicks. You’ll be able to see your current bill, along with bills from previous months.
- Make payments on your NHTC account.
Making payments through SmartHub is fast and easy. The first time you make a payment either through the web or through your mobile device, you’ll be able to securely store your payment information for future transactions. The next time you need to pay your bill, it will only take a couple of clicks.
- Report service issues.
Reporting a service issue is a snap with the SmartHub mobile app. There’s no need to call the office, just let us know about the issue with a few clicks. You can also contact us for customer service requests or with any questions you may have. You can contact us at anytime from anywhere.
- Receive notices from NHTC.
With SmartHub, you’ll be notified when your bill is due and can pay securely online or in the app, anytime, anywhere. You’ll also be able to see important notices with SmartHub. You’ll be able to select how you want to be notified about your bill, including email and text messaging.
How do I sign up for SmartHub?
Visit NHTC’s website and click on ‘My Account’ to create your SmartHub account on your PC or computer or download the SmartHub app from your device’s app store or click here. You will need your NHTC account number when you sign up for SmartHub the first time. You can find the account number on your NHTC bill, or you may call customer service to request your account number. 256-723-4211
