I have used NHTC for 3.5 years. What I initially liked was talking to someone local when I set it up. Then, speed has been great – I work from home, we have 3 boys, 3 smart TVs, a few iPads, and cell phones. When I’ve needed tech support, I get a local person. One day in November 2023, I was having speed problems, called NHTC, they sent a rep out within 1 hour. He showed me what to change on my computer and it was fixed. I love the personal, local service. This is why I choose NHTC over Google Fiber.

I have had NHTC internet service for several years now. It has always been very reliable and fast! The service is awesome whether it’s customer service from the office or technical service from field technicians. Everything about them is great! When those door-to-door Google guys come knocking – I send them away telling them I’m very happy with NHTC! Shop local. Buy local. Support local.

We have loved having NHTC as our internet provider due to the fair price of high-speed internet and the customer service. Each time we call NHTC we speak with a friendly representative and a solution is given for any problem we may have. Highly recommend!

We have been a customer of NHTC for over 13 years. From day one and to present the customer service has been outstanding. There have been very few times we have had any issues with our internet connection and when we did NHTC got right on it. Most of the time we had a technician at our house within 30 minutes of calling. We never feel like our service is throttled. Our internet is super-fast and reliable. When we stream movies, we never have a buffer issue. We like keeping my money local and am happy to be a part of the NHTC community. We are looking forward to the future of our service.

The crew that came out to my new home when I signed up for NHTC several years ago, were incredibly professional and friendly. The response time when you call customer service is immediate. You actually get to talk to a person! If you’re thinking of switching from big brand internet service, just do it. I promise you’ll be glad you did. True hometown warm caring real old school service. NHTC is doing it the way it should be done.

We just moved to this area a year ago and have had very good service from NHTC. We moved from the Ardmore AL/TN area where our service was interrupted every time it rained, so NHTC service is much more consistent and reliable.

I have had NHTC as my broadband provider for 3+ years at two locations and I could not be happier. They provide the consistent bandwidth as advertised. When we moved to our second location we had a choice of NHTC and another provider and we didn’t think twice about signing up with NHTC. Our second location is in a new development and twice other contractors have been digging and damaged the main fibers feeding the development. Both times the NHTC team came to our door to apologize for the inconvenience and to inform us of the repair plan. Both times it was fixed very quickly. They act like a good neighbor and not some faceless national 1-800 provider.

We’ve been living in our home for about two years now and have been extremely happy with both the internet service and customer support from New Hope Telephone Cooperative. In that time, we’ve only needed physical technical assistance once – and when we called, their technicians were at our home within just a couple of hours the very same day. That kind of responsiveness and reliability is hard to find.

We have only needed to contact New Hope for an outage once in the last 2 years that we’ve had their service, and it was fast and easy to get a resolution. They are always friendly, and the customer service is spot on.

The best in customer service!! We have had NHTC since moving here over 10 years ago. Their customer service is unmatched. We have not had many issues, but when we did they were always timely and resolved the issue. One additional positive is that we are always able to speak to a “real” person and not get caught up in endless computer prompts.

Super customer service. We was hooked up in just a couple of days. The installation crew was great and we love the fiber optic. I don’t understand why anyone would use Spectrum, when they have a choice of fiber optic with NHTC!!

I have been an NHTC customer for over 8 years. I really like the “outstanding” service and support that I get from NHTC. My internet connection is extremely reliable and dependable. Since they are local, it is easy to talk to them if you have questions or need assistance; I am staying with NHTC!

NHTC internet speed is really fast and their customer service response is great.

We are enormously satisfied with NHT CoOp. We have been customers since moving here in 2019 and cannot say enough good things about the incredible personal service we have received from NHTC. All of our phone calls are handled immediately by a trained employee and they do not stop assisting you until the problem is resolved and you (the customer) are satisfied. You are NEVER put on hold and you always speak to a person…Not A Robot. If you are looking for reliable and caring service subscribe to NHTC.

We have been NHTC customers since 2020 when we first moved to OXR. And we have NEVER been disappointed. Besides the fact that we prefer to use a local provider, the service has been excellent. On the one occasion we had a tech problem, the NHTC team was prompt to respond, professional, courteous, and efficient. The other guys have tried to lure us away, but we are staying put!

The reliability and ease of access to NHTC customer service cannot be matched by another competitor. The setup process for my fiber internet was 10x simpler than GFiber. I couldn’t be happier with the internet, equipment, and personnel (local!) at NHTC! Thanks for being an overall great company!

I have been a loyal customer of New Hope Telephone Cooperative for over 4 years now, relying solely on their internet service since moving to this area. When we first arrived, NHTC was the only provider offering 1 gig service, which immediately met our needs for seamless streaming, gaming, and work-from-home capabilities. Recently, newer internet services have started entering our area, but many require tearing up yards and neighborhoods to install their infrastructure. In contrast, NHTC has demonstrated a forward-thinking approach by investing in our community before it became popular. Their infrastructure was already in place, providing high-speed internet without the disruption of extensive construction. In addition to their reliable internet service, we also utilize NHTC’s home security service. Their integrated approach allows us to manage both our internet and security systems seamlessly through one provider. This has simplified our household management and enhanced our peace of mind, knowing that we have robust security measures in place supported by a trusted local company. NHTC’s commitment to quality extends to their customer service as well. Their team is always responsive and knowledgeable, promptly addressing any questions or concerns we may have. I enthusiastically recommend NHTC to anyone seeking not only fast, reliable internet service but also comprehensive home security solutions. Their proactive community investment and dedication to customer satisfaction make them a standout choice in our area. Great product, great services, great company.

We are very happy with NHTC. Since we moved to Owens Cross Roads, we decided to hire NHTC as our internet provider. We have never had any problems with the connection. It works well, it never goes down and it has worked well for me during my home office time.

NHTC is always reliable and fast. I have never dropped service or had any interruptions. Setting up with them was also a breeze. It’s nice having a local and reliable internet provider.

NHTC provides reliable, high quality internet services to those living in Owens Cross Roads. They are personable, easy to get in touch with, and always willing to provide an upgrade when applicable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great internet service. We have a house of 5, and all kids are able to connect and surf with no issue. The service is friendly, and I’ve witnessed no issues. Thank you NHTC for your commitment to internet excellence!!

I am thrilled to share my experience as a proud customer of NHTC. From the moment I signed up, I’ve been consistently impressed by the exceptional service and support provided by NHTC. Their commitment to exceeding customer expectations truly shines through in every interaction. What truly sets NHTC apart is their unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service. Every time I’ve reached out for assistance or had a question, their team has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear that NHTC prioritizes customer satisfaction above all else, and it’s something I deeply appreciate as a customer. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to choose NHTC for internet service. They not only meet but consistently exceed my expectations, and I’m grateful to be a part of their community. Thank you, NHTC, for your dedication to excellence and for providing outstanding service that truly makes a difference.

Switching to NHTC for fiber internet was one of the best decisions for my home. From the moment the installation team arrived, I knew I was in good hands. They were professional and reliable, ensuring everything was set up correctly and explaining how to get the most out of my internet. Since the switch, my internet connection has been outstanding. Whether I’m streaming, gaming, or working from home, the speed and reliability have been impeccable. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for top-notch internet performance and excellent customer support.

I have utilized NHTC’s services ever since I have moved here almost 4 years ago. I am completely satisfied with their service. They provide excellent and professional service. I have been approached by their competitor and turned them down because NHTC’s service is outstanding and because I prefer to support local small businesses.

NHTC provides flawless, consistent connectivity for a great rate. Setup was simple, and service has been responsive (the one or two times we needed it). I wish NHTC was available in my last few homes!

I have been a proud customer for 4 years. The initial set-up was a breeze! We have never had an issue with our internet service; fast and dependable. I love the yearly member meetings where we vote for the board; well-executed and enjoyable. NHTC is part of our family; local and affordable. The value of NHTC cannot be beat. We are likely to be life members. Kudos to the NHTC team! With all the bills and issues of today, I never worry about our internet.

We moved to the area in 2022 and secured internet services with a national carrier.  Over the course of the first 6 months, we experienced service issues with multiple attempts to call and email the national provider with no success.  Honestly, the most frustrating part for us was calling and not being put into contact with an actual person, but rather going through the automated phone service with each time having to start over and explain our issues.  We researched and found NHTC and called to set-up internet service.  Within 2 hours, a representative was at our door with a welcome package and a personal “thank you”.  By the end of the next week, we had our service installed and have not had any issues since.  I really appreciate NHTC because when you do have a question or an issue and call you reach a local person that takes ownership and politely responds.  In addition to the excellent customer service, my monthly internet bill decreased.

I have been a customer of NHTC for nearly 13 years. The technology they deliver has always been cutting edge and extremely reliable. No one else can touch the level of customer service. One of the few instances in which I had to call for support, I intended to schedule an appointment for the following day or whatever opening was available. Not only did NHTC send out a technician that same evening, the gentleman unraveled a fairly complex problem and stayed until the problem was resolved. Most of my friends complain about ISP service and pricing. NHTC continues to offer top notch capability and service.

NHTC is AWESOME!! The customer service & prompt attention to any questions or concerns that we may have are why they have earned our business!! STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!

NHTC has provided incredible service to us. There is something to be said for consistency. We always have the same fast internet for the same price. The office is always extremely nice and super transparent when we call. I would recommend NHTC to everyone!

As a longtime customer of NHTC, we have had great experiences. We have had their service for a little over 7 years. In that 7 years, we have only one drop, due to a competitor accidentally cutting their fiber line. Compared to other services we have had in the past, we are extremely happy with our NHTC service!

What’s great for me is that they’re in my own community and always get to me within an hour whenever I have an issue with service. That’s what I value!

NHTC has been a faithful provider of telecommunications for our household for the last 5 years. They have attended our needs during outages and furthermore have worked with us one-on-one when debugging internet issues have occurred. We are grateful for their cooperation in assisting us for the services we have paid for, a good partnership!

Internet service from NHTC has been rock solid. When my neighbors ask if other provider’s service is out in my neighborhood, NHTC service is going strong. The only time in 4+ years I have experienced a disruption is when a near lightning strike took out my outside electric outlets so not an issue with NHTC at all. Price is competitive with others offered in my neighborhood.

We have been pleased customers with NHTC for over 10 years. We chose NHTC for their excellent internet service for several reasons. First, their cost for high-speed internet matches any other company. We also prefer to support local companies in our area. NHTC has always offered friendly, professional, and quick service whenever we have called. And lastly, they support our local community by having food and prizes at their New Hope office.

We’ve had fiber internet through NHTC for almost five years. The service has been fantastic. The internet is super fast and reliable. The customer service is even better. There’s no 1-800 number to deal with. No endless call menu loops or mega call centers. Just nice people who are always happy to help.

NHTC has exceeded my husband and I’s expectations for customer service and quality. My husband works from home frequently and we have never run into any issues with connection or speed! We are very happy with our experience with NHTC!

I have been a customer since 2020. The installation was flawless. I have enjoyed the consistent service for the past four years. I cannot recall any “loss of service” attributable to NHTC. It is a highly reliable organization that serves my needs with confidence.

I have been a customer of NHTC for two and a half years. During that time I have not had any issues or outages related to NHTC and have enjoyed consistently fast upload and download speeds. The only outage I have experienced was caused by contractors unrelated to NHTC cutting a cable that had been clearly marked by NHTC to avoid that happening. NHTC was quick in restoring service after this incident.

We’ve been with NHTC for over 2 years – ever since we moved to Owens Cross Roads. At the time, NHTC was the only option for home internet services, but had there been other options, I would still to this day choose NHTC. With 2 adults working from home, TV services that are only through streaming, and kids that must always be connected, a reliable internet service is a must. NHTC not only provides reliable, high-speed internet, but their customer service can’t be beat.

I have been a customer of NHTC for almost nine years. Since day one the main aspect I have been most impressed by is their customer service. They are very timely in response to requests. The times I have needed assistance (which have been very few), I was able to talk to a “live” representative and never remember being put through an endless automated relay. The one or two times I have needed someone to come out they responded with very quick response and one time even after hours.

We have been NHTC customers for 2 years and are very happy with our service. We have more than 10 devices connected on a continuous basis and can still reliably telework without interruptions or slowdowns. When our neighbors ask about other services’ outages we smile because our service is stable. We are very happy with our NHTC service!

Moving to a new area and trying to get things set up can be overwhelming, so I’m extremely grateful for the excellent customer service I received when I contacted NHTC for Internet service. The process to get service set up was easy! When the service technicians came to my home, they were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and reassured me that the Internet service I signed up for would accommodate me working from home plus not slow down from my streaming devices, which it has. I’m so grateful for NHTC and the wonderful services they provide.

I am very pleased with NHTC! I was a former customer with Comcast/Xfinity, but they kept on raising the monthly service fee. The last increase prompted me to leave them. I chose NHTC based upon a neighbor’s recommendation. I love NHTC for these reasons: NHTC is local; the installers were prompt & friendly; we had a problem & they immediately came out & resolved the problem. Well done, NHTC!

The NHTC customer service is second to none… We would definitely recommend NHTC to our neighbors and friends. Keep up the great job!

We have been with NHTC well before there were other internet services. However, we are so pleased with NHTC that we have no plans of switching to another provider. NHTC provides excellent, personal customer service with employees who live here in our community. We are very grateful for NHTC.

After waiting on Google Fiber for 3 months NHTC came to save the day! I should have called them from day one! Never had one interruption or glitch. Absolutely the best decision I have ever made. Happy to pay this bill every month. Thank you so much NHTC for being such a wonderful hometown company and keeping your community first.

Very satisfied with NHTC – installed and working in less than a week. Waited on Google Fiber over a month!!!

We have used NHTC for almost 4 years. We only had one issue which wasn’t their fault, but a wire was cut underground and they sent someone out same day. Excellent service!!

We’ve been an NHTC customer since 2018. Prior to that, we used the national large companies for internet and/or phone service for 20+ years. We’ve never had better service than what we get with NHTC. We’ve had two installs, and at least two service calls. Each time, a technician responded on the same day, and twice within one hour of our service request. The technicians and customer service personnel are always courteous and efficient. Thank you, NHTC!

NHTC has been an excellent service provider. We tried Google Fiber for two weeks and had nothing but problems with our connection going out. After multiple service attempts it could not be resolved. We switched to NHTC and have not had a single issue. The customer service is excellent and connection speed is great for streaming and computer work.

We moved to OCR about 5 years ago. We started our service with NHTC when we bought our house. NHTC has been awesome! Fast friendly professional. If service is interrupted a quick call and they respond and provide ETA to restore. We have been approached by other cable companies. I tell them thank you but we are happy with our provider NHTC.

We switched to NHTC when we moved because our old provider didn’t service our new area. We get the same speed and quality as before but for cheaper! The customer service is also superior. Getting service set up was a breeze too. Would highly recommend NHTC!

I have been a customer of NHTC since 2020. This is the most reliable service I have ever had. I would estimate that the service has been interrupted a total of 45 minutes in the past 4 years. The speeds are also very consistent. I highly recommend NHTC to anyone who is looking for high quality and reliable service at a reasonable cost.

Nine years of great products and customer service. Waiting to speak with a customer service agent or for a repair/installation technician is frustrating. HOWEVER, we have never had this experience with NHTC. In fact, it’s just the opposite. Every customer service agent we have spoken to has been polite and eager to help us solve any issues or service upgrades, and the technicians arrive on time as scheduled. We are extremely happy with NHTC, its products, and its customer service. This is important for our peace of mind, family entertainment, and home office. We will continue to be NHTC customers, even as other providers become available in our area.

I switched to NHTC from another national provider and could not be more pleased. Better price, better customer service… and faster internet!

After moving back to the area, we chose NHTC as our internet provider. We have kept service when others in the area experience outages. There have been only a few outages. When we did experience an outage, we were contacted after service was restored. This is great customer service. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

We have used NHTC for almost two years and have had a wonderful experience. Customer service is always quick to answer and follow up with any issues I may have. NHTC even has offered to send a technician to come out to address any issues that come up. Highly recommend.

We have lived in OCR for just over 6 years. NHTC has provided our cable (formerly) and Internet service since we moved here. Every interaction we’ve had has been excellent. The Customer Service folks and technicians have always been pleasant and professional, providing great service in a very timely manner. We can’t say enough about NHTC! We mention NHTC on our community FB page whenever people ask about which provider is recommended. I’m especially grateful for such a good service when I read “horror stories” about the big Internet companies causing major headaches for some neighbors, who have to wait and wait for service. You have a great group of people at NHTC. The profit sharing is a bonus! We enjoy your newsletter. Your contribution to the community is very important.

My husband and I have been delighted with NHTC since moving into the area in September. Our installation was completed quickly and ahead of schedule, and the service has been reliable. Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased with our choice!
