Super customer service. We was hooked up in just a couple of days. The installation crew was great and we love the fiber optic. I don’t understand why anyone would use Spectrum, when they have a choice of fiber optic with NHTC!!

Nine years of great products and customer service. Waiting to speak with a customer service agent or for a repair/installation technician is frustrating. HOWEVER, we have never had this experience with NHTC. In fact, it’s just the opposite. Every customer service agent we have spoken to has been polite and eager to help us solve any issues or service upgrades, and the technicians arrive on time as scheduled. We are extremely happy with NHTC, its products, and its customer service. This is important for our peace of mind, family entertainment, and home office. We will continue to be NHTC customers, even as other providers become available in our area.

The crew that came out to my new home when I signed up for NHTC several years ago, were incredibly professional and friendly. The response time when you call customer service is immediate. You actually get to talk to a person! If you’re thinking of switching from big brand internet service, just do it. I promise you’ll be glad you did. True hometown warm caring real old school service. NHTC is doing it the way it should be done.

I have had NHTC internet service for several years now. It has always been very reliable and fast! The service is awesome whether it’s customer service from the office or technical service from field technicians. Everything about them is great! When those door-to-door Google guys come knocking – I send them away telling them I’m very happy with NHTC! Shop local. Buy local. Support local.

NHTC has been an excellent service provider. We tried Google Fiber for two weeks and had nothing but problems with our connection going out. After multiple service attempts it could not be resolved. We switched to NHTC and have not had a single issue. The customer service is excellent and connection speed is great for streaming and computer work.

NHTC internet speed is really fast and their customer service response is great.

We moved to the area in 2022 and secured internet services with a national carrier.  Over the course of the first 6 months, we experienced service issues with multiple attempts to call and email the national provider with no success.  Honestly, the most frustrating part for us was calling and not being put into contact with an actual person, but rather going through the automated phone service with each time having to start over and explain our issues.  We researched and found NHTC and called to set-up internet service.  Within 2 hours, a representative was at our door with a welcome package and a personal “thank you”.  By the end of the next week, we had our service installed and have not had any issues since.  I really appreciate NHTC because when you do have a question or an issue and call you reach a local person that takes ownership and politely responds.  In addition to the excellent customer service, my monthly internet bill decreased.

I have been a customer since 2020. The installation was flawless. I have enjoyed the consistent service for the past four years. I cannot recall any “loss of service” attributable to NHTC. It is a highly reliable organization that serves my needs with confidence.

I have been a customer of NHTC for nearly 13 years. The technology they deliver has always been cutting edge and extremely reliable. No one else can touch the level of customer service. One of the few instances in which I had to call for support, I intended to schedule an appointment for the following day or whatever opening was available. Not only did NHTC send out a technician that same evening, the gentleman unraveled a fairly complex problem and stayed until the problem was resolved. Most of my friends complain about ISP service and pricing. NHTC continues to offer top notch capability and service.

We moved to OCR about 5 years ago. We started our service with NHTC when we bought our house. NHTC has been awesome! Fast friendly professional. If service is interrupted a quick call and they respond and provide ETA to restore. We have been approached by other cable companies. I tell them thank you but we are happy with our provider NHTC.

I have been a customer of NHTC for two and a half years. During that time I have not had any issues or outages related to NHTC and have enjoyed consistently fast upload and download speeds. The only outage I have experienced was caused by contractors unrelated to NHTC cutting a cable that had been clearly marked by NHTC to avoid that happening. NHTC was quick in restoring service after this incident.

We have been pleased customers with NHTC for over 10 years. We chose NHTC for their excellent internet service for several reasons. First, their cost for high-speed internet matches any other company. We also prefer to support local companies in our area. NHTC has always offered friendly, professional, and quick service whenever we have called. And lastly, they support our local community by having food and prizes at their New Hope office.

NHTC provides flawless, consistent connectivity for a great rate. Setup was simple, and service has been responsive (the one or two times we needed it). I wish NHTC was available in my last few homes!

There have been very few times we have had any issues with our internet connection and when we did NHTC got right on it. Most of the time we had a technician at our house within 30 minutes of calling. We never feel like our service is throttled. Our internet is super-fast and reliable. We just moved to this area a year ago and have had very good service from NHTC. We moved from the Ardmore AL/TN area where our service was interrupted every time it rained, so NHTC service is much more consistent and reliable.

I have had NHTC as my broadband provider for 3+ years at two locations and I could not be happier. They provide the consistent bandwidth as advertised. When we moved to our second location we had a choice of NHTC and another provider and we didn’t think twice about signing up with NHTC. Our second location is in a new development and twice other contractors have been digging and damaged the main fibers feeding the development. Both times the NHTC team came to our door to apologize for the inconvenience and to inform us of the repair plan. Both times it was fixed very quickly. They act like a good neighbor and not some faceless national 1-800 provider.

I have used NHTC for 4 years now, the customer service and response time has been amazing!! I’ve been fortunate to not have any service issues but one and they came out same day to switch out the box. The price of service is same as some other companies for my area. I’ve been very pleased with NHTC!

We are enormously satisfied with NHT CoOp. We have been customers since moving here in 2019 and cannot say enough good things about the incredible personal service we have received from NHTC. All of our phone calls are handled immediately by a trained employee and they do not stop assisting you until the problem is resolved and you (the customer) are satisfied. As a longtime customer of NHTC, we have had great experiences. We have had their service for a little over 7 years. In that 7 years, we have only one drop, due to a competitor accidentally cutting their fiber line. Compared to other services we have had in the past, we are extremely happy with our NHTC service!

The times I have needed assistance (which have been very few), I was able to talk to a “live” representative and never remember being put through an endless automated relay. The process to get service set up was easy! When the service technicians came to my home, they were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Fantastic service! Very happy customer. Had an outage on a Sunday. Called customer support at 5:30 that evening and someone was knocking on my door 30 minutes later. Fixed the issue in five minutes.
