The process to get service set up was easy! When the service technicians came to my home, they were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and reassured me that the Internet service I signed up for would accommodate me working from home plus not slow down from my streaming devices, which it has. Super customer service. We was hooked up in just a couple of days. The installation crew was great and we love the fiber optic. I don’t understand why anyone would use Spectrum, when they have a choice of fiber optic with NHTC!!
We are enormously satisfied with NHT CoOp. We have been customers since moving here in 2019 and cannot say enough good things about the incredible personal service we have received from NHTC. All of our phone calls are handled immediately by a trained employee and they do not stop assisting you until the problem is resolved and you (the customer) are satisfied.
