11/26/2019 – ATTENTION NEW HOPE VISION TV SUBSCRIBERS: As you are probably already aware, NHTC has been having intermittent issues with WHDF/CW (ch. 11 and 1011) since March of this year. More recently, NHTC has been unable to receive signal from WHDF/CW. NHTC has been working with WHDF/CW since this issue started; making requested changes, purchasing and utilizing equipment and doing everything in our power to try and restore service. Unfortunately, all those attempts have failed. The signal for WHDF/CW is transmitting from Tennessee and is simply too weak to be encoded into our equipment and retransmitted to our customers. Since we are unable to receive a quality signal, we will be removing WHDF/CW from our lineup. Please understand that this is not something NHTC wants to do, we just cannot retransmit the signal to our customers. In the event the network is made available in a signal that can be encoded into our equipment and retransmitted to our customers, NHTC will gladly add the channel back to our lineup. We apologize on behalf of WHDF/CW for any inconvenience.

11/22/2019 – NHTC would like to let our customers know that we have a maintenance window scheduled for our internal phone system on Sunday, November 24 from 10 am – 2 pm. This is not a service-impacting maintenance window; however, if you need to reach our repair service during this window, you will need to call direct at 256-723-8940.
